I like the mk2 tritium sight alot. im using them now to act as a replacement to iron sights. They dont operate on batteries and are tough as hell. if the optic goes down i can flip it off the rifle and ill use the MK2 as a reliable way to aim the gun. it takes up less space than a set of iron sights and is always illuminated unlike iron sights.
ill be buying many more!
I got this for my maverick shotgun, it made all the difference. This is now my favorite sight. I even bought one for my son's circuit judge. Light weight and durable. The kids are nailing steel out to 40 yards with ease.
I am very impressed at the over all functionality, By far my favorite sight after i "0" in....sight aquistition was almost too easy.
It was easy to mount and sighted in quickly. Windage and elevation adjustments responded well. extremely accurate from a bench rest. It does magnify your shakes offhand but I still shot well ifrst night at the range. use locktite even on a 22
Works great for me, quick acquisition my AR10 works well with it. I don't typically shoot father then 300 yards so it works great. 100 yards most of the time.
The PCP pellet riffle are great with this sight kind of sight, like shooting black powder rifle's with out the flash :) mine is a dragon claw .50 cal and a .25 Benjamin marauder. the springier are gamo's. Anyone that knows these they are hell on scopes, but these sights worked fine.
